What's Included:

  •  Dedicated facility manager (Your single point of contact who learns your property)

  •  Annual scheduled walkthrough (30-point checklist covering your key systems).

  • 1 hour of included hands-on labor per year ($55/ hour after that - covers fence tightening etc.)

  • Minor interior checks and fixes (leaky faucets, door hinge adjustments, closures, etc.)

  • 1 full exterior power wash per year. (Entryways, sidewalks, dumpster pad, etc.)

  • Bi-Monthly trash-can/dumpster cleaning (6x a year)

  • Basic grounds/litter touch-ups during visits

  • Written summary report (with photos) after each visit
